QuickBooks Online. As a fully remote service, we prioritize platforms that allow us to work online to meet you where ever you may be. 

No, we do not prepare tax returns. Instead, we work closely with you throughout the year to keep your books on track. Then, at the end of the year, we can work closely with your tax preparer to ensure they have copies of all necessary documents, and answers to any questions about what transpired during the year. 

Invoices are issued at the beginning of each month for the work completed during the prior month. Due to this nature, project billing may be split into multiple invoices based on the duration of the project. 

Please note that payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. A late fee of 12% per month may be added to any unpaid balance after 30 days from the invoice date.
